Express News senior reporter Shabbir Hussain died Monday of a sudden heart attack at the age of 38.
Shabbir leaves behind his parents, his wife, three daughters and two sons. Her eldest daughter is 13 years old. He was buried Tuesday morning in his native village of Gilgit-Baltistan.
He began his tenure with the Express Media Group in 2007 and has reported extensively on parliamentary affairs, political and social issues. He was known for his dedication, professionalism and passion for journalism.
